Our Executive Pastry Chef, Jesus Ornelas, is the "Chef to the Stars." Jesus first started working in a bakery at the young age of 10. He has been featured in numerous national wedding and bridal publications.

Working with Jesus to create your cake is an experience that you will not soon forget. When you come to your consultation, bring along pictures, colors, themes notes, items of special importance and anything you have that might reflect how you want your special cake to look. Jesus oversees every step of the process for creating your cake. We coordinate directly with your planner or location to make certain we are there on time and everything arrives safe.
